About this tool

PDF Organizer can mix PDF pages, JPG/PNG/WebP images, and PowerPoint (PPTX) slides in one card list, reorder them, and combine the result into a single PDF. It supports drag reordering, multi-select, rotation, removal, preview, undo, and redo in the same workflow.

For PowerPoint, the app aims to preserve more than appearance: supported text gets a searchable/copyable Unicode layer and basic shapes retain vector information where possible. You can export all or selected pages and optionally add AES-256 password protection, with processing kept in the browser.

How to use

Select Open tool and add one or more PDFs, JPG/PNG/WebP images, or PowerPoint (PPTX) files.
Pages, images, and slides appear in one card list. Drag to reorder them; selected cards can also be moved together.
Rotate, preview, or remove items as needed. Image cards also support Fit, Fill, and Original Size placement.
Use undo and redo while arranging the final document.
Confirm the output filename and choose whether to export all pages or only the selected pages.
If needed, use the lock control to set an output password, then save the PDF.

Supported

Input: PDF, JPG, PNG, WebP, and PowerPoint (PPTX). Multiple file types can be mixed in one session.
Password-protected PDFs can be opened with the correct password. The input password is not automatically carried to the export.
Output: one PDF containing all pages or only the selected pages.
The exported PDF can optionally be protected with an AES-256 password.
The current UI limits each input file to 250 MB.

Limitations and notes

Editing a digitally signed PDF invalidates the original digital signature.
Document-level data such as bookmarks, attachments, and forms may not be preserved in the exported PDF.
Complex PowerPoint effects, charts, and unsupported elements may be rasterized to prioritize visual fidelity. Basic shapes and text are preserved where possible.
Because PDF has no standard way to draw WebP directly, WebP images are converted locally to PNG or JPEG before embedding.
Word (DOCX) is not currently supported. Documents with many pages, high-resolution images, or many slides can use significant device memory.

Are PDFs or PowerPoint files uploaded to Browser Kitty?

No. Loading, conversion, page operations, and PDF generation run in your browser; selected files are not uploaded to a Browser Kitty backend.

Can I combine images and PowerPoint slides with PDFs?

Yes. Add PDF pages, JPG/PNG/WebP images, and PowerPoint (PPTX) slides to the same list, arrange them, and export one PDF.

Can I open password-protected PDFs and password-protect the output?

Yes. Open a protected input PDF with its password, and optionally set a separate AES-256 password for the exported PDF. The input password is not carried over automatically.

Does PowerPoint keep its original appearance in the PDF?

The app aims to reproduce the slide visually while retaining supported basic shapes as vectors and text as a searchable/copyable Unicode layer. Complex effects or unsupported elements may be rasterized.

Offline version and source code

The GitHub repository provides a self-contained single-HTML build with its required runtime assets embedded. Open the downloaded HTML directly to organize PDFs, images, and PowerPoint slides and export PDFs without a network connection.
